★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in a very deep part of town, on the border of puchong-cyberjaya. However still very accessible to KL (via MEX) and north south (via ELITE). The township itself is pretty well guarded and maintained, with a fresh new atmosphere. However, expect internet downtimes on rainy/stormy days, sudden power failures, and some pests (from the nearby mining forest). Also the developer is not exactly too trustworthy, so make sure you make use of the warranty for your house as much as you can. Its a really cool concept for houses to have swimming pools on the 3rd floor, but this requires good maintenance and proper construction, of which the developers did not accomplish properly. The highlight selling point of these houses (top floor pool) are the biggest problem in these houses. But otherwise, on most other regards, this is a decent guarded community, where the neighbors like keep their space & boundaries and aren't too nosy.
