★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concept is an interesting one, living on an island with multi-tier security which prioritizes safety for residents. It's 1 way in, 1 way out. The place is still under development with Phase 4 coming soon. I suppose the downside is it's slightly far away from town centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt the place is awesome. Surrounded by beautiful lake. Just the exact place where you could go home to relax like a paradise made in heaven. An open concept idea but to much disappointment the security is not tight enough and the lake is not kept clean. It serves as a rubbish dump. Paying a hefty amount of maintenance fees doesn’t seem right for such an unprofessional upkeep. Would appreciate if LBS could attend to this matter ASAP! We need to feel secure!!!! Please keep up the five stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just moved in..overall just fine., but the following the management MUST have necessary effective action whereas:-
i) the security as know most of them are foreigner and they are not well trained, security wise not right enough.
ii) the waiting lift area(skylvilla condo) the aircond was fixed but no on then at all. (make the residences unsatified of it(it's hot while waiting lift)
iii) the corridor of lift always dirt and dust.
iv) the lady worker (foreigners) often wefie/selfie while on duty(I Have photos to prove it but failed to upload them.)
iiv) the security who take care of the swimming pool are often sleep/lie down the chair while they on duty.
The management of D island was a Malay several Residents has been called up to make a complaint but failed.
most of these area are not developed for example dont Have any market or grocery and shop lots, cafe for dining purpose,..etc. it was a bored and stubborn place. Please take note!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ clubhouse hasn't been built for 7 years since I moved in, a garbage garden that does not allow people to fish, outsiders are allowed to enter and leave the community at will, and the positive reviews on Google are all fake accounts. Most of the houses here are empty houses and expensive without a basketball court. No recreational facilities, bad garden
