Selection books-nya I think is okay.
But now I mostly purchased 2ndhand books & from online BookDepository.
Satu perkara yg sngt noticeable adalah once you enter the bookstore, you'll find lots of comics! Banyak betul jual komik!
Consequently I saw lots of kids "mengendeng" kt parents mereka utk belikan komik.
I feel you kid.

โ โ โ โ โ Hi, so i went here today to buy a few things. I bought a few pens, a notepad, a HP 46 black ink, as well as 3 USB Port Travel Charger. THe USB Port had a promo sticker on it saying that the price is RM35 (Normal price RM59). I bought it obviously thinking that's the price. But when i went to pay my total was RM120.25
I was confused so I checked the receipt and saw the price of the USB Port was still RM59.I went back to seek for explanation, and the employee said that "Oh actually the promo had already ended'. And that honestly was a very unprofessional answer to give. IT IS NOT MY FAULT THE RM35 STICKERS WEREN'T REMOVED, even on all the other same products' boxes. And i wouldn't have bought it if i had known, obviously. The only solution the employee offered me was, either
a) I took something else with the same RM59 price.
b) I take something more expensive than RM59, but have to top up sendiri (idek why this option was offered ).
She said she cannot give my 'overcharged' money back because promo already ended, and that's the price it is now. And even managed to remove the promo sticker before handing it back to me. I honestly feel cheated.
Here's what my purchase should have amounted to:

I went to this branch around 5:30 pm today 17/3/2021 Wednesday. Please la, don't 'overcharge' customers based on your employee's recklessness. I understand mistakes happen, but at least give a better solution. It's not my problem whether boleh bagi balik duit or not sebab it was the employee's careless mistake. I've been going here since my school days kot takde pernah kena macam ni.
In the picture of the unopened product beside the RM59 sticker was where the RM35 sticker initally was tampal before the employee removed it. Mungkin RM29 overcharge tu sikit for some but as a student it is still a lot to me.

โ โ โ โ โ Business hour stated 10am-8pm. Reach the premise at 7.48pm today to quick grab only 1 thing that i need urgently for tomorrow. The staff said they are already closed and not accepting customers after 7.45pm. Such a turnoff.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff stopped me from coming in at 7.48pm, insisted that the shop closes at 7.45pm and they were just waiting to clear out the customers inside. Business hour is until 8.00pm so I should be allowed to come in to just grab a single wish card - which I told the staff that I promised to be out quickly.y request was rejected obviously, and the looks I got from the staff ?
We are MOVING ON from the pandemic, so please extend your business hours.
