โ โ โ โ โ Very poor f/up by their sales. Doesn't seem to be keen in closing a sale nor keeping with their promises (updating, following up etc.). Guess they are selective on who they want to serve and treat as priority. Very typical but believe this may not be applicable to all sales personnel. Hopefully its isolated.

โ โ โ โ โ Sales experience is good. However, you need to be very sure that you wldโnt get into an accident. If not you will need to wait for at least 5mths and Iโm still waiting for the latest updates. No follow ups and complete ignorance.

โ โ โ โ โ The customer service is very poor for a Porsche sales gallery. The sales men/women in the main lobby don't even bother to service you but only service those "atas" looking people. However have to give credit to the sales man working at the pre owned cars floor upstairs, he was very sincere to the customer including myself. I hope Porsche Ara Damansara can improve the overall customer service in the near future.
