My wife and I first walked in, enquiring about MINI convertible, and Zoe Lee immediately knew we were looking for something that’s less common. She immediately offered us the MINI The Coopers Edition. And the deal is sealed! If you want to experience what’s a car sales advisor’s service should be, this is the showroom to go to. Zoe and her manager are genuine and always putting customer’s need and request as priority. Zoe constantly followed up and gave us update on the process. The WOW factor was then she told my wife, her service is not ended but starts from the day we collected the car. Well done AB and Zoe! This is the second car we bought from Sime Darby Auto City, after the previous one from Swedish Auto Volvo. Never disappointed!
