★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom admitted at HPD for 4 days (3/4/19-6/4/19). Most of the nurses’re helpful, courtesy & friendly especially Nurse Keteswary a/p Muniandy (Jururawat U29). She deserves 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital ever . Slow and not efficient at all . I was at the Emergency room and has been pushed back and forth since they dont know what to do .. sucks . And staffs are so rude , i am badly injured and broke my ankle and need to see dr orthopaedic asap . But they are very slow .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No comment on the other services but the guard at " tempat mengambil dan menurun pesakit " is really rude. Is there any dress code for the hospital? The guard sitting at the screening area stopped me from going in just because I'm wearing shorts. As far as I'm concerned, hospitals cannot bar anyone from entering the premises due to their dress code. You have to understand, some people come to the hospital due to emergencies, not everyone come prepared. Please educate your guard on this matter. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accompanied a friend to the hospital. Have not been to this hospital to walk through the whole process. I would say that the hospital made significant improvements. Staffs were helpful! Great Progress! Press On the good works!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was admitted in icu on 8th Dec ..intubated for 7days. Nurses and doctors in ICU were caring and professional in handling things. Responded nicely to every enquiries. Transferred to ward Akasia 1,A after that. Nurses are so rude especially those on night shift and one male nurse. Few were really nice. Due to hospital rules not allowed to visit. To get to know on My fathers condition worsened day by day and critical need to call and check ..unfortunately most of the time did not get proper reply.. the male nurse even mention they are very busy... last 2 days before my father passed away my poor mom stayed in hosp.. nurses who attended were very rude.. even the dr incharged didnt even check on him the morning before he took his last breath ...on 8th January
