★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service ! the deserve 0 star..the first time I posted to the area there. they claimed the parcel had been delivered but never get the parcel. why not call the recipient's number on the parcel to tell them the parcel had arrived. When call the office says to make a complaint, then where is the item? Kerja biar ikhlas sikit walaupun malas nak kerja tu..barang orang..orang bayar biar paham sikit yg kerja2 bhagian hntar brg ni !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I met a poslaju who sent items to the locker shop inside mall and cause he was very lazy. Buy items from shopee bukan surat. I work there and never go to the locker, so you send my parcel to the locker if hilang macam mana. Another courier okey jer kot paling malas call sruh naik amek. I okey je. My luck dia WhatsApp customer then org tanye silent smpi kiamat. why not go to my shop just 1 floor down bro. shibal !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am pretty sure these guys are lazy and thieves.. everytime I get a parcel through this Post Office, they always leave a note and ask to collect myself, and always claiming I was not at home. This time, on 27th May, tracking showed out for delivery, but no delivery made.. Then on 31st May, showed delivered. When I raised complaint, nothing happened, by 5th Jun, when I started making noise on Twitter, a hand written note dated 27th May showed up in my mailbox, even though I had been checking my mailbox everyday since 27th. If you are already coming all the way to deliver a note, why not do your job and deliver the parcels also.
