The moving was very smooth and in time as planned. So very happy that all my furnitures and belongings had arrived in good shape. The team of people was not enough so they had called extra personal to complete the duty. Very happy with my moving and would recommend the company to our friends.

If you are looking for a 5 star professional service to move. Allied pickfords is the way to go. They handled my move from Singapore to Malaysia flawlessly with great communication and updates. I need not had to worry on speaking with my management office for both condos as they will communicate directly to ensure all is arranged. They packed all my products carefully and even unpacked and put the things properly for me. After everything was completed they also cleared all the empty boxes away to leave everything the way i asked them to. Great company to use!

We moved from KL to Melbourne and the experience was very disappointing with delayed delivery, damaged and missing items plus damage to property. This company is too busy/understaffed to do a proper job. The level of incompetence and carelessness was astounding both in Malaysia and Australia. The salesperson who did the initial assessment was very pleasant with a reassuring manner. That plus the fact that it's an international, more established company was the reason I picked them over the other movers I spoke to. In hindsight, any other mover, especially the smaller Malaysian movers would have done a far better job. Once I officially accepted the quote, I did not hear from anyone until about 1 day before packing day. I was hoping to get some advice on a few things before the packing day but couldn't because my move coordinator only made contact late Tuesday evening with the packers coming on Thursday morning. That contact was an email with multiple documents to be completed and confusing, incorrect and incomplete instructions from the coordinator. I spent most of the next day on the paperwork because everytime I had a question on how to fill up certain sections, she had to "get back" to me. The fact that this was done the day before packing just added extra stress. The packers were fine. The "English speaking" packing supervisor spoke very basic English. I had recently travelled and was worried that we picked up bed bugs that may have got into one mattress. I mentioned this to the supervisor and I am not sure he understood. Either way, he checked the mattress and said everything looked fine. I spoke to the move coordinator about this and asked if there was any treatment just in case. She had to "get back to me". After a few back and forths, she said that the destination office said ALL my mattresses should be left behind. I was sure that IF there was a problem, it was only that one bed so I only left that one mattress behind. Just to be sure I asked to fumigate my items in Malaysia as this was an option I discussed with the salesperson. In fact the salesperson had recommended that we fumigate to avoid any possible problems with Australian quarantine. However, now, the move coordinator said that they don't have a fumigation service that would address my issue. In Australia, a week after my items arrived at the port, the Australian coordinator called to say that fumigation (over AUD$1000) was needed because the documentation said "Bed bugs" and quarantine will not pass without it. She told me fumigation should have been done in Malaysia. I explained that the bed bugs was a small possibility and it was only for 1 mattress and that matteress was left behind.Β  She was surprised to hear this because none of this was in the documentation.Β  She still felt that fumigationΒ  was needed. After a week or two I am notified that quarantine passed without needing fumigation. The Australian moving team was in such a rush to finish the job they scratched up walls and doors.Β  They cut off a piece of the wooden leg on my couch while unwrapping it. They dragged/pushed heavy boxes up the carpeted stairs and in doing so scraped off the carpet fibers.Β  In addition, my bicycle pedal and 2 table, a table lamps were damaged. Their slogan is "The careful movers".Β  This is a total joke.Β  They don't have the time to be careful and they aren't bothered to make the effort either.

Allied pickfords were so professional, from beginning to end. Great care of our belongings at this end. Third time we've used them and it's not worth looking at the other options anymore... They've always been outstanding value for money and effort.

I had very bad experience with Allied this morning. Had to wait for hours under the hot sun due to their internal communication breakdown. The team at warehouse were not informed and alerted on my coming to pick up my goods. Very frustrating as my siblings & I were not even offered a chair, a water etc but to stand outside sweating for hours. Definitely boosted up my temperature in and out.

I had good past experiences with Movers & Packers, Asian Tigers on my International relocation. On Allied, for domestic relocation, it was an OK experience. The team were in rush to leave without full unpacking. Me & my wife had to keep requesting them and later we started working with them to unpack. Unpacking the stuffs was part of the contract, but the team was almost leaving without unpacking almost 15 cartons.

Pleasant dealing with the Allied team. Despite the festive season, the team has handled everything professionally as planned and all items reached the destination as scheduled.

Team of 5 came to my condo. They were very careful with packing items, ensuring the correct box shape for the items. Landlord asked me to tell team to be careful of walls. I didn't have to say anything, they were veey professional. 5 stars from me. And they were the cheapest
