★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It says the parcel was sent back to Cahaya Baru new branch but my neighbour passed to me. Wrong message SMS to me. Luckily I didn't drive so far away to Cahaya Baru to get it. Or else I will even curse them. Very poor notification system.

today i go there for my parcel, they help me found it within 5 minutes !!! im so grateful and happy ????? their service really good, polite, helpful. thank u Poslaju pasir gudang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Delivery attempted, and said the premise closed" but they didn't call me even my number already written tho plus my friend saw the poslaju van but the poslaju didnt gv the parcel to him...hurm..waiting for a tooo long shipment + tracking system down totally make me suck with your service! Try to avoid next time from using poslaju, will change to j&t and others...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever by Pos Laju Pasir Gudang. The lady picked up my call was pretending that she could not hear me. She then left the phone be (presumedly on her table) instead of hanging up making my further attempts to call back the office futile. Could hear clearly the lady was talking and laughing with her friend sitting next her so it definitely wasn't a malfunction phone issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery attempted & found the premise closed. I was and am in the house since forever. You didn't rang me, how you define you have attempted to deliver the parcel. Nombor phone ada, at least call lah. I even didn't get SMS notification ?
I called the office to re-arrange delivery, tapi mcm biasa la, there was nobody in the office picking up the phone. Letak 2 nombor, dua2 tak ada person in charge utk layan customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poslaju Pasir Gudang deserves 5 stars rating if compared to other branches. My parcels stucked in KLIA and there was no update for 2 weeks+. I called KL many times, but nobody answered. Then I try to call Pasir Gudang. The front line staff is very helpful and help me check the delivery status. Truly appreciate your help during this peak season. Thank you very much! Please continue to provide good service to people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery attempt was failed? Then u closed on the next day.. the most worst post laju in Malaysia. Even the goods only from segamat you couldn't make in in 1 week.. need to take 2 weeks to deliver. Nonsense laaa
