And this is the first time failed with a unacceptable reason. PosLaju getting worse Day by Day ???????? If you never even come to my house to deliver don’t put such a ‘fake’ reason. Never using Poslaju again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ never deliver any item, never left notes, when ask give all excuses. registered mail, they will not call, their postmen have sms us.. it will help them save a lot of cost if just sms me to tell that item arrived and i can go collect. want to give zero star but google wouldn't allow.

When i went there after four days to claim the parcel they told me it’s out for delivery which never came again. People working there never listens to what I say and they just keep shouting back.Unbelievably rude and ignorant employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess the common frustration is when POS fails to deliver door-to-door. This is understandable if the package is said to have given a guarantee that it will be delivered through that method.
Usually international packages (at least the one I ordered online unless it specifically says delivered through DHL or FedEx) have not guaranteed door-to-door delivery. Now this is where my rating is based from, picking up the package is pretty fast. I live around the Mukim 12 district so the proximity is convenient.
The location is not hard to find. Although it surely needs some facility for a more Comfortable customer experience like maybe a set of chairs or fan.
The staff although were not at all customer service-y but they were efficient. I was there in and out in 5 minutes. It would probably help of you come in around 9AM so there will be no queue.

The note given are not indicate clearly the location, as both are located at sungai tiram.
The main issue is they don’t even attempt to call, and just expect us to make self visit for the collection.
Difficult to locate using google map, it’s at the end same row of longwan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had my parcel and did not attempt to deliver. I was home the whole day, but it was marked as attempted delivery, and now the tracking says delivered, and my parcel is missing.
Update: Turns out the did try to deliver, the sender wrote the wrong address so they went to the wrong house. The guy at the counter was friendly in helping me locate n pass me my parcel.
