★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang nak beli wang pos je. Jadi susah because of the confusing form plus the unfriendly staff. Especially the tomboyish girl. Have to wait for so long just to give the small cut of paper. Never put all the forms at the counter suddenly ask why never fill up form. What do u expect for those who very seldom come to this place. I wouldnt know the flow the moment i step into the place right. U have worked there for years memang lah know what to do. Bengong. Always like that one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, this is the best POS branch. We when there to renew motorcycle roadtax and insurance. The girl at the counter named Fazila was very very helpful. Overall the branch staffs was great. Fazila keep up the good work. Thank you.

Also as lazada seller, pos laju is never my choice to drop off lazada things. I request to lazada to change shipping provider but it takes long time. Just last week i drop off things in pos laju. I hv been selling in lazada fr long time. So i knw just printing shipping label is enough. Wen i drop off things last week, a malay guy who receive parcel never tell me anytg n just take my things n ship them. But wen i go today to drop off things today, after 15 minutes waited in queque, the tomboyish girl in pos laju counter said, i have to print return label not shipping label. I told her last week i drop off in pos laju with only shipping label. She said no way it could happen. So do i look like liar? I hv been drop off things at LEX also before this. Shipping label is the important one not return label as i am not returning things, i am shipping things to customer. Finally, i went home without ship anything. Really. I hate going pos laju.
