★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is terrible. I got a parcel deliver from subang to cheras and they take almost A WEEK to process the parcel at this branch! It is not even 11.11 or any festival season, it's just normal day! And the staff never answer the call!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place a zero star, I certainly would do that. I have been waiting for my parcel for almost a month. It was just a silver bracelet and it lost on its way to Sarawak. I don't know how people at this place work, either they stole your parcels and took em' back or they couldn't be bothered to post them to us. ECPC POSLAJU SUBANG JAYA, your building is deserve to be demolished because of its terrible service. Sellers shouldn't post items to this place too! Ugh so annoying.
