★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place more like a warehouse...difficult Car park for visitors... A few parking space for bikes... The receptionist at the counter entertain me nicely at the counter and during phone calls, really appreciate it, thank you... There's some chair for waiting...if want to compare to former facilities at bagan dalam, i would say the former one is much more better and customer friendly facilities...the location quite deep inside the industrial area, you can use Google Map or waze to find this place cause there's no signage to this place at the moment...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other branches of Poslaju make the delivery process smooth and fast. However, when the parcels reach this hub, they will always got stucked for few days. The staffs here took long time to dispatch the parcels to the post offices nearby. They even closed down in weekends. This is not what a courier company should do. The only way is please increase the amount of staffs to increase the efficiency.
YOU GUYS ARE RUINING POSLAJU‘S REPUTATION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, Poslaju. I hope there can be an explanation on why my parcel is being dispatched to my nearest Poslaju for a week now. It's been too long without updates and I'm worried if anything happens to my parcel! Do something or at least give an update!
