Informed the person in charge to send chiller at a given date and time but the logistic personnel did not follow and keep sending audio recording saying they have a lot of businesses so can only make it 630pm. Person in charge doesn't seem to worry about the order and never really follow up. Maybe my order is just a small deal to them. Hence I request to cancel and waiting for refund.

โ โ โ โ โ Seriously, I'm worry about their service after research to do comparison among the market. But their price is affordable and worth to buy, it's made me hard to do decision.
Therefore i ask the salesperson who serve me well actually and she's name Sandy. My question is what action will your company take if my refrigerator breakdown suddenly and Im urgent to settle it!?? After awhile she answer me she must follow their company sop even she know customer is urgent, she say will pass my case to their service department and they will follow up and settle as soon. (hmm, im not really satisfied with this answer actually, but she continuw to explain with me since im new in f&b industry, she take care me like baby ==) she continue say "I cannot serve u on this because im not the expert one even u are my lovely customer, service department got some major question to ask you to let their service team could 1 time settle your refrigerator problem because thry want to avoid your goods rosak or what la..bla bla bla many.."
oh last I bought all my need after a long discussion, she was nice and patience!! as a newbie to start grocery business, they have very good enough to guide me from setup and installation. Just want to say they have improve much may be, or may be im lucky to contact a right person. good luck guys!
