★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is PPR Pantai Ria, consist of 4 Blocks Apartment Block A, B, C D.
Formerly known as Kampung Pantai Halt Tengah in which it was a squatters resettlement for more than 100 houses and 100% was Malay community.
It was then developed to 'Projek Perumahan Rakyat', so called PPR. This enable to accommodate 1,264 unit apartments compared to only 100 houses previously.
Now, this place is much more well maintained under the government and the local authority, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL).
There is an office to manage the PPR namely Pejabat Kecil DBKL.
The proper cars and motorcycles parks have been allocated and built. Shops and stalls are also available here. Also a 'Surau Juma'at' namely Surah Al-Hijrah is also built for the people here to do their prayer.
The people here are racial mixed, Malay, Chinese and Indian. They live in very harmoniously and peacefully.
Each block will have a leader namely as 'Ketua Blok'. Overall then lead by a committee known as ,'JKKK Penduduk' which is led by a Chairman and his committee members.
