Really need to improve on the service and check their attitude. I had better experience shopping at Nike or puma then shopping at prada JPO. I don’t recommend shopping here. If I could give zero star I would !!!!

I go in and stand in front of the mens wallet area and the salesgirl only look at me and serve other people without asking me what i need.
i saw her busy so i look around see whether anyone could help or not but unluckly all staff at prada very judgemental person.
nobody wanna serve us so we just leave

Jins was extremely helpful and suggested a few models from Prada and Miu Miu.
Didn’t buy immediately but went to check out other brands to compare but they weren’t helpful so returned to purchase from Prada.
Even after I’ve decided on the model, Jins still took out other colours to choose.
Great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very pleasant experience here. Kudos to Jins who served me. He was very helpful in helping me decide on my purchase. Even though it was my first time walking into Prada and buying something, he managed to make me feel very comfortable. He was able to recommend me the colour suitable for me. I ended up really loving the colour he chose. He was also very friendly and approachable, able to hold a good conversation. Please ask for Jins to serve you if you visit here. I see another reviewer have complimented him too. Keep up the good work.
