★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand it's a weekday afternoon but once we went into the store. We saw 3 staffs: 2 playing on their phones and 1 sleeping peacefully on the sofa. Boxes of stock can be found almost everywhere. No greeting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is not welcoming, compared to other bigger brands in JPO. No greetings. Most of the sales reps are lazy, rather rude and judgemental. Especially, the big sized Malay male and the skinny Chinese super long haired girl. Try go there and feel the ambience yourself. They might think they own the business, but their salary slips just say otherwise. Dont look down on customers ya!
