Unpleasant drive along Jalan Glenmarie since LRT3 project is on going. Have to bear slow and rough rides for the next two or even three years until the project completed.

The bus services are getting better but the Real Time system is lagging 2 minutes before updating the bus new current position.

how would you want to see rapid bus in 5 or 10 years times. is it losing itself in time running rusty lama kambing both services and garbage bucket vehicles similar to metro bus or cityliner? yes? alright so you love to be an old abang sitting comfortably running business. then better really do what they call WORK and treat your customers as a member of society where you live and lay. there is no forever laidback meals out of bitter n hardship tax payers. to the board of directors and all the tuantuan puanpuan CEO whatsoever who dont really own this company but working being a part of its organisation. this is one voice politely informing that consumer are now and have been discriminated and humiliated by the organisation employees and services. try to take a few journeys with rapid bus and comment in social media. you will see the future of the country. either becoming similar to indonesia or singapore formation of concession/enterprise. nothing is last forever. standing there keep on doing the same things be aware to consider there are consciences about what you have done to yourselves. the last person to be blame and suffering is you. people are cursing. on the other hand the good one would end it and make to the better escalation in their professions. good luck.

[Package MY100 Issue] I have purchase the package at 01 December 2018, but today (02 Jan 2019) when i reached my destination and touch the gate, i noticed the train fees deducted from my balance. It shouldn't happen as i already purchase the Package, so i approach the counter to enquiry. The counter is really hard for us talk, i can rarely hear the persons inside that counter, they checked the record and say i din't make such purchase. Shocked, if i din't make the purchase, where is my RM100 goes when i made purchase? However, the counter staff is not being helpful, not friendly, they asked me to leave the info and will call me back. Sometimes later, they called and ASK ME TO CALL THEIR CARELINE MYSELF. So i call to their busy careline several times, only i can reach their customer service. They proceed to took my info, and called me back within an hour. It turn out it's technical issues on their side, so rapid KL will refund my RM100 to my bank account AFTER 14days. Furthermore, they ask me approach any counter to MAKE THE PURCHASE AGAIN! I ask how about the morning train fare i have to pay due to their mistake? Careline staff says they are sorry and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE, delightful. Hey PRASARANA/RapidKL, is this how you run business? Not going to compensate YOUR CUSTOMER DUE TO YOUR MISTAKE? Even ask them to make the purchase all over again!? Do you even noticed your counter is hard for us to communicate with your staff? I guess everyone who purchase your service know about the efficiency of your staff too.

I tried to call they're number in KL and PJ for quite some time, but no answer..are they still alive or they just ignore the call from the customer

All buses no. 821 from Pantai Hillpark to Pasar Seni are terrible dirty and hot. The air conditioning was not functioning well and can be sweats. Please upgrade your buses services and its horrible. The passengers feel hot inside bus like a sauna.
