★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of shoplots are vacant. Poor building management - toilets are dirty, hand sanitizers are not refilled. Thermal scanners not accurate and too slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to visit a business on the 13th floor Tower B - my experience is then limited. However, registration (remember to have ID) is efficient and helpful. QR code and temp check are required before reaching registration counter where you will be given security pass to access through electronic gates to the lifts. These are divided between upper and lower floors so take care to choose the correct set.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok for an office building. Pretty empty, convenient location with loads of food option outside. But don't park in there! It costs a friggin fortune! Parking is a problem when your office is there ☹️
