They truly work hard to run this, which I also think this actually benefits all of us very much during pandemic ? Of course, I had my order process very smoothly. I highly recommend this apps as we are all now struggling between pandemic, so just stay home and order your beverages through SOTIPSY ! ?

โ โ โ โ โ Worst online liquor platform. Kept saying products not available and asked you to change, and finally took 1.5 months to fulfill the order. Then ended up receiving the wrong product which they didnt even replace.
Do avoid at all cost!

As of today, I still haven't received my item yet. If the seller is not able to fulfill order, please at least inform the customer or suggest to do refund. Yet, the customer service seems to be ignorant and MIA. I won't make second purchase from this company for sure! For those who would like to order from them, please think twice.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely poor service. I ordered a product from the site, choosing the option for delivery in 30 minutes, and nothing happened for 1 hour. I contacted both So Tipsy and the vendor by WhatsApp, finally someone saying he was the vendor phoned me and said he didn't have that product in stock. He said he could not make a refund, I would have to contact So Tipsy. I sent them several more messages and eventually they told me to complete a Google Form asking for a refund. I did this, and got no response. When I contacted them again, they said the refund would take 30 days. Maybe they hope that customers will forget about it and they'll get to keep the money. I told them that if I didn't receive my refund in 7 days, I would report them as a scam company. I received the refund the next day.
This is either a scam, or a very badly run company. Either way, don't waste your time and money on them.
