Bought a monstera for a friend, seller was quick to response (but do note to communicate with them is thru their whatsapp, not IG dms). My friend is very happy with the plant btw :)
Seller was even very thoughtful to help me check the delivery location + fees before purchasing. Because the seller normally is in Klang and my delivery location is in PJ the fees was RM 60 (more exp than the actual plant itself). So seller was nice enough to offer me alternative of waiting for the weekend where he/she will be in PJ area and delivery fees reduced to RM 15. How thoughtful <3
Seller also updated me during the delivery day which made me feel reassured the entire time.

โ โ โ โ โ MCO3.0 made bearable by pretty plants! A friend told me about Pretty Plants KL and I got hooked as soon as I went on their IG page. Not only did I buy pretty plants from them, I also added pots and soil cos I needed to do some re-potting and nurseries are closed. All this was done so effortlessly, courtesy of the quick and very pleasant service.

โ โ โ โ โ The people behind Pretty Plants KL are friendly and very helpful. The watermelon peperomia that I bought from them turned out not to be very healthy and they immediately promised a replacement even before I asked for one. I already received the replacement and it is doing very well. I am a beginner with indoor plants and they answer all my queries and even helped with my other plant that I did not buy from them.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought a pot of flower today as a gift for a friend's birthday. It is beautiful and I am so grateful to Mavinia for her service. I ordered the pot of flower in the morning and she is willing to accommodate my request to get it delivered within 2 hours via grab express. She is very helpful. My friend is very happy to receive the gift. I will recommend to buy from this shop and I will buy again too in future. It is better for me to buy a pot of flower than bouquet as a gift.
