However, they could improve on friendliness and basic courtesy of talking to people/customers (smile; do not cross arms when waiting for customer to choose flowers; help when customer was trying to take flowers for payment; answer name of flowers more willingly instead of mumbling; etc).
It will be okay if you know which flowers to get and leave. I wanted to get more flowers but felt unwelcomed and burdened to ask questions so I just left with a bunch.
