Its difficult to get your deposit back. I had to file a complaint first at paypal before any response whatsoever. Now they say there is trouble in their paypal account. And first have to close the matter before I get my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked and paid a deposit for a Vios few mths prior to our trip. One day before, your guy text us to reconfirmed the time n place to pass the car n keys.
Next day we arrived KK and was told by the same guy that the Vios is very old condition hence gave us a proton pesona. It was too late for us to change or argue hence we hv no choice but to accept it n paid the balance. We went to ur website and checked. Pesona is rm200 less than Vios. We ask him. He did
not respond, neither did he meet up with us on the last day.. instead another guy came to collect the key. Very disappointing as we felt cheated.

I have experienced puctured tyre on half way to other place. NO Replacement Car or Assistance offered. When I ask for my deposit after returning to Peninsular, they accused me for driving recklessly (THEY ACTUALLY GIVE ME EXHAUSTED TYRE and GUARANTEED SAFE ON ROAD)and refused to return my deposit.
A low class tyre worth rm200? RIDICULOUS! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to contact the prima odyssey officer. All the contacts number given are fake and no matter how hard you make calls as per contact number frim website, there is nobody will answer your phone calls! Beside this, i no get refund my deposit as well. Beware! Dont be the next victims as me. If Prima officer refund deposit to me, i sure give you a five stars reviews. But so sad... i no receive my deposit back from Prima. Fake business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a half or no stars I would! Unprofessional, they were late in delivering the car for more than 1hr. Deposit not refunded even after 2 weeks claiming that they needed to check police records. Raising dispute with PayPal for that MYR$300 deposit. What a horrible way to spend time in Malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book car via easybook. Hotline provided on website mostly not answer ,and then I call easybook hotline instead and get the in charge person contact number. Smooth car transaction, car owner come early than 15 mins (punctual),when return car just make a call inform (30 mins early) then he will wait at the drop off point. ( No pick up & drop off surcharge) so it consider the most budget car rental option. And no deposit pay when pick up car also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very appropriate name! It has been really a odyssey to deal with this uncompetent company. We rented a car for one week from KL. Since they do not have office in airport we had to arrange a meeting to pick it up. The driver who took us the car arrived more than 45 minutes late. He gave us a phone number in case we had a problem with engine or what so ever. In fact we had problem with the car; we tried to call; nobody answered for two days. In the meantime we had to fixed the car ourselves (without any compensation from the company!!!!).
The drop off was another adventure (Odyssey) even worse: we arrange with lots of difficulty (phone was always off) the time to drop off. We had to wait more than 2 (two!!) hours before somebody came to pick the car. In the meantime we tried to call the company several times to the numbers we have had and to the numbers we found on the website, but the all the phones were turned off. Prima Odyssey, a real Odyssey! Never more!

1. You will wait in the airport at least more than 2 hours, I wait them for 3 hours
2. Your deposit you will not get it. Until now I'm waiting for my deposit from august 2015.
3. You will get very used and old cars.
4. No body will answer you if you try to contact them.
