★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience hiring a man (actually 3 men came!) and a van (a 1 ton truck came!) to move my old refrigerator to be donated to charity. Professional chaps, and the interior of the lorry was clean, with cords and ties to hold stuff in place, ensuring that your goods don't rattle around during the journey. Very efficient dealing with Aron completely via Whatsapp- whose breakdown of the cost at my request for a quotation was clear, concise, and transparent. A win. They pre-empted documentation requirements to gain access to the building, for instance, which i appreciated. I feel that this was good value for what i paid, will definitely use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took only about 4.5hours to wrapped and unpacked my whole house to another house. Very efficient workers with wrapping things and careful with the furnitures. The downside is only if u have to disassemble and re-assemble big furnitures i think they still need to have someone from the household to give instructions on how to do it. But in all i am VERY satisfied with the service and price. Aaron had been very responsive to my questions. And also they are very punctual. Definitely will use their service again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Star Win V Resources is a very professional and highly recommended movers from my experience in using them. Their staff were very professional, polite and “speedy” in their work. Every piece of furniture was professionally bubble wrapped, moved to new location, unpacked and set up very satisfactorily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the process of surveying and quotation it was all professional. I was looking forward to a great experience as the owner was a well mannered appeared to know his job.
However, when the work started it turned out to be a horrible nightmare. The quotation was way off. Halfway the workers ran out of boxes and I was forced to pay for additional boxes. Bubble wrapping was also in short supply. None of them had marker pens, cutters and stuff that are required to tape the boxes and mark them. My heart sank when I saw how my paintings were handled. Clearly the staff did not have experience handle such delicate things. The trucks used didn't resemble those in the website at all. Different sizes of smaller trucks were used. In the end I was charged exorbitantly for additional trips. Even then not all the things could be moved. I ended up having to engage another moving company, a more professional one, to complete the job. In the end I ended up paying a LOT more for the entire moving. I think the main issue is non-transparency. I feel cheated and trapped. The owner was not even professional enough to admit his error. In the end I ended up paying to out an end to this sorry episode. In other countries that I have lived in, the company would have gone to great lengths to rectify the damage or give a discount. But not Smart Movers. I shall NEVER use them again.

They reached on time and the whole process very fast. Their staff very professional and act very fast. And most important thing is no hidden cost. We just pay what we agreed before shifting.
