my tooth filling was fell out. So I came here, and thankfully the doctor noticed a cavity between my teeth, so I finally got filling for two of my teeth (the cavity is in between the teeth). the service is awesome, and thankfully for the consultation session, the doctor gave me advice and suggestion for my teeth condition. so I know wht to do in future if anything occurs with my new toothfilling

In the process of getting braces here, had to remove two teeth before proceeding. I've never had teeth extraction as a kid (naturally fell out) but the doctor was great - it hurt less than getting a vaccine shot. Doctor said could be due to my bone density and fact that the root wasn't very curved but I think it's also because she's good at her job. Definitely sticking to this dentist in the future. ?

It is my first time to the dental clinic, staffs are always smiling and friendly. The clinic is neat, clean & cozy and most important Dr. Jillian gave me a detail explanation of the status of my tooth and guide me how to take care my oral hygiene. Will see you again for my next appointment :)

I rarely write reviews on Google. Thus, if I do, it's either because the experience was extremely bad or it's a delightful, over the moon one. Glad that its the latter for this review. Before I get into my review, 2 salient points that I would like to highlight: 1. In my Google Search for a 'Dental Clinic' within 'Shah Alam' (of which there are about 50++ results), they are the *ONLY* dental clinic to have more than 100 reviews. To be exact, its 197 reviews and its a perfect 5.0 stars rating!!!!! That means only one thing, consistency in service and quality over a long period of time that is recognized by the public. 2. They are open on Friday, 1st May 2020, which is the day I paid a visit and also happens to be Labour Day 2020. So, being the top search result as far as ratings and reviews are concerned and also one of the handful of dental clinics opened on a public holiday, it was a no brainer that this clinic was my choice to solve my wisdom tooth nagging pain. My appointment was at 5pm. Arrived earlier at 4.50pm and was promptly attended to. Nobody else in queue, not sure if it was because they spaced their customers well apart as part of the social distancing measures (MCO period....haiz) or because there was just no traffic. Not complaining nevertheless. The whole end-to-end experience was just good and pleasant (except the sad part where I had to remove my molar tooth, which had already decayed quite badly....ARGGHHHH!!! So for all of you out there who is reading this, PLEASE DO VISIT YOUR DENTIST ON A HALF YEARLY OR YEARLY BASIS!!!) Dr. Jillian and her team of 2 nurses were very accommodating and friendly. The clinic environment itself was also neat, simple and clean, with that calm and peaceful aura to it. Not a fan of Ed Sheeran, whose music which was playing as background pipe music, but again, no complains here. Much better than clinics which have deafening silence. Charges are also very reasonable I must say. Won't be sharing how much my treatment cost, but yes, its very friendly to my wallet, especially given its a public holiday. All in all, would certainly visit here again if I had to (rather stay far, far away from any dentist in their clinics and have my teeth squeaky clean and healthy) and at the same time, highly recommend it to anybody. Keep up the good job Dr.Jillian and team. Three thumbs up!

Dr. Jillian is a perfectionist and all she’s very committed in giving us the most beautiful and confident smile in the least painful way possible. I was always scared going to dentist before, but Dr. Jillian is all smiles and kind and will give you multiple options for the treatment which suits your pain tolerance.
