β β β β β Affordable and convenient with nice teachers and activities but seems to have unreliable communication between teachers and questionable management. Sometimes my son's swim classes (paid for) were cancelled without prior notice or reason and we only realized when we picked up our son and all clothes were unused.
To add to this, my family was unable to return to Malaysia due to COVID-19 and ended up having to remove our child from class since we still cannot return. It was a stressful situation and for my son's same we continued to pay half and full day prices in good faith for 1 hour online lessons, understanding that the school needed tuition to stay afloat and explaining that we would cancel once the online lessons ended. The lessons were great at first when Melissa and another teacher were running them but then began starting late, or only going for 15 minutes with little planning.
We were then suddenly given one day's notice mid-month that online lessons would be cancelled the next day. The month was paid for already and I asked to call things even. They told me that we cancelled after the cutoff date and even tried to charge us for an additional 1 month of ZERO lessons. When I questioned this they held our deposit in lieu. Shameful ethics during the current pandemic that left us frustrated and feeling taken advantage of during the pandemic.

β β β β β My son used to go to Avenue K branch and since around last year he's going to Intermark branch. I really appreciate that the management always keeps us informed about everything, they email us in advance and write all in details. Next to it, the place is very clean and sanitised, children have lots of different activities and classes are small, each child gets a personal attention from his perspective teacher. What I also like, children there are from all over the world, so it's a big benefit for your kid.

Being at this school is a turning point in kids education and is the reason for a huge boost in kids self confidence.

β β β β β Primrose Hill is a fantastic school; I would recommend it to anyone who wants an all-round education for their children.
Social skills are given as much precedence as the academic subjects. The Cambridge curriculum is followed and lessons are play based so the children are always moving, which is great for the ones who can't sit still. The small class sizes ensure one-on-one teaching. The teachers go above and beyond caring for the kids, so much so that we called them caregivers. The fees are reasonable. All meals - breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner - are made in-house at no extra cost. The school was sanitized regularly pre-pandemic so it was not difficult to adjust to the sanitisation rules from the government.
Our son has grown with Primrose Hill, from nursery to the secondary level. He enjoys his classes and the interaction with his teachers and friends. The exposure to different cultures is priceless; over the last 8 years, he has made friends from the US, Venezuela, Germany, India, Pakistan, Lithuania, Australia, UK, Japan, South Korea, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Kuwait, Turkey, Iran, Yemen, China, Indonesia and Malaysia.
Primrose Hill welcomes feedback from parents and students alike. They are always looking for ways to improve the school and teaching methods for the benefit of the children.
If you're looking for an alternative to the one-size-fits-all method of teaching, look no further. Apply for the trial and see if the school fits your children's needs. We did 8 years ago and haven't looked back since.

β β β β β Enrolled my non verbal 18 month old child, fast forward 4 years, Primrose hill has turned him into an outgoing, confident, well spoken creative and a thinker. The teachers are polite and patient, the kids lead the way. My child has blossomed in this school. The meals are amazing, their arts and crafts are creative. Also they send 'at home' activity kits which helps us keep them engaged

β β β β β Johnathan attended Primrose Hill from 2 to 4 years old. I was very impressed with the quality of the teachers and the active learning environment really suited him as he was a very fidgety child who could not sit still! Through creative learning activities and support of the teachers John has developed excellent leadership and communication skills from a very young age and he is thriving at school today. I would highly recommend Primrose Hill to any parent looking for a creative and progressive early learning centre in KL!

β β β β β Johan truly enjoyed his experiences at The Primrose Hill both at Avenue K and at The Landmark centres. He was taught to explore his creativity, manage manners and do daily self activities independently on top of academic matters.
As a working parent, I am very grateful to the leadership, management team and the teachers. They are amazing educators! I salute their professionalism, patience and mostly, unconditional love to all the children.

β β β β β My daughter was with Primrose Hill from 2 yo until 6yo. The experience has been very pleasant for my daughter as well as the parents. Primrose Hill is definitely one of its kind in Malaysia as they are using the active learning method based on the Cambridge Curriculum. They organise trips to the forest, educational sites and there are always fantastic events going on! The learning system is focusing on positive behaviour cultivation and my daughter has become confident as well as easily adapts to changes. Primrose Hill is also like a one stop centre whereby working parents can just drop their kids/babies there without any worries as the owner herself and the team are very responsible and caring. I would highly recommend children to join this school.
