★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To the Manager. On Sun 13/3, my 17y.o. dotter went with a friend. At the cashier, a male staff told her the RM100 giftcard I got for her (from 1MK) was NOT sufficient to pay for the RM60 top she wanted! He then asked her to top up. She paid cash instead.The next day, we went to H&M KL East, gift card was confirmed had RM100 value. Something fishy.............

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 FLOORS OF H&M!!!! The Lowest ground is for Men, the lower ground for children and G floor for Women. It's big and filled with different types of shirts and clothes. The price is okay and some promo deals are great. Wheelchair friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a rather large branch of H&M although I think the lot 10 one might be bigger. It's the usual stuff but this branch has quite a decent sized home section on its own which surprisingly has very nice and very affordable home wares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This H&M occupies 3 levels - women, men and children, easy to notice as it is located just right at the entrance of the KLCC - Avenue K connection . Also, it has good frontage on the road level . The lighting is warm . Staff is attentive and helpful . The place is spacious with large aisles area and has sofa for guests to sit while waiting for the partners to try on clothes . Dresses here are fashionable but mostly for petite and Asian built . Accessories also sold here . Bring a bag of recyclable items and get 15% off normal priced items .
