★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to get passport pic for my work, ask for soft copy given an empty CD which i have to go back 3 times to get the soft copy and save it in my pen drive not your CD ROM. not even a single sorry from the guy and his mom working there even more worst when the second time i went back i ask to save it in my pen drive the guy told me ' tak boleh masuk satu sahaja CD or pen drive' at the end you guys is just wasting my time & your CD rom having problem you guys shuld settle it not your customers. lousy service with lousy quality!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality photo. The soft copy of JPEG is only 100KB. If you’re camera user, You can guess the quality of the photo from the file size. Damn a lot of mosquitoes in the store! An iPhone photo size at least 2MB, their canon camera photo file is only 100kb, I have no idea how they process the photo.?
