โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst mgmt co I ever encountered with. Very inexperienced people and lack of knowledge and sop in managing a buildings. After they took over , our property ended with huge list of outstanding tasks and collection down to the drain yet donโt know how to handle defaulters. If you like to mess up your place , please hire them.

You can never be sure if their figures are accurate as the benchmarks they use are unrelated and quite possibly irrelevant to the property in question. Staff are arrogant and rude. Charges are ridiculously high. Your money and time is better spent engaging another company or agency.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst management services ever that I've ever encountered. When there's a dispute, instead of talking properly, the building manager of them speed off in the car leaving the staff behind! Will put in all my efforts to make sure we do not engage them anymore in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ One of my property being manage by this company. Totally unprofesional and slow responsive for the staff they have in the condo. Everything was manage without following the Act 757. Write in complaint totally no response after one month. As a Managing agent appointed, they should at least response to owner even cannot solve it. No they didnt. Always need to follow up. The funny part is when follow up,they also cannot give u answer immediately due to some internal affairs
