★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales lady here are not as expected for a shop that sells swiss army original. Poor packaging, when asked if she got a bigger box to fit my knife, she just simply find the most ugliest box there is there. Not to mention the other un diplomatic things toward customer like answering nicely to questions, duh. Overall, good quality on knife itself but poor service and packaging
