★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just sent there today for 1St service. Appointment at 2pm but till 5.30pm also the car was not ready. The waiting area was so hot, no air cond. The technicians was only and chatting. Very bad service, will go there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never go here again. The attitude is so bad. A Chinese boy has a bad attitude. No matter what car I show you, it will affect the warranty. It is the first time I heard that installing a dash cam will affect the warranty. I laughed.

Better leave your car over there for maintainance & go somewhere else do something more important rather than just sitting there wasting time like me lol. At least got some karipap & air kotak.
Staff services is soso but I get it, it's Saturday that day. Waiting area also okay la. Indoor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression as a newly open proton showroom everything looks good, but have the worst experience ever. We waited new car for 11 months, and finally they told us car will arrive last week but then it is not. Until now still cannot handover to us, pay extra money to install their genuine part product, then they said service team cannot do it for us before handover the car to us. We are buying car that cost hundred thousand, not vegetable in Pasar. Yet they never try or surprise customer with good ending. From sales to service they gave you unlimited NIGHTMARE, think twice before you come. I am not the first one to comment if you notice. Awful dealer. Please go look for others.
