★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at 920am on 24/12 for 3rd service (normal service). Service was exceptionally slow due to only 1 fronting customer service, while the other 2 fronting staffs are not in charge of car service.
Waited for 5-7 min before served by the staff and it was a pleasant service. We were told the waiting time is estimated to be 1 and a half hours. So we decided to wait there.
At around 1010am, our car was finally driven into the service area. Here is when we start to count the waiting time.
After more than 2 hours of waiting (around 1210pm), I have gotten frustrated and keep following up with the fronting desk about the status and was told to wait. End up, I decided to forego car wash service because of fed up with the waiting time.
Finally at 1230pm, the waiting game is over.
Overall verdict is, comfortable lobby with a small cafeteria (have to pay) - no free nasi lemak / biscuit for a 4S centre, but the service experience is quite depressing due to long waiting time. Hence, 2 stars from me.
