I have to question what is the point of us taking appointment time for servicing the car when we still need to wait more than an hour. I only review this after twice this happen on me. Waiting time is too long and seeing my car still park at the original place, not yet being moved to bengkel belakang. Customer service wise still okay overall. Just need to check with this issue, as we may have other scheduled plans to go to.

Very bad service. Was promised I would get my car in 1 month, but I only got it 4 months later. When I got the car, tyre changing kit and safety triangle wasn't included because of 'part shortage' it seems. What a joke. And also, the agent (Zulkeffli) I dealt with is only good at providing empty promises. Glad that I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Good customer service. Remind me early 2 week before the servicing due date. Proper booking procedure. Front desk servicing staffs are very attentive and friendly. I do enjoy the waiting zone. While waiting the car being serviced by the mechanics, spend the time on desk doing my own paperwork. However, hope you can fix the WiFi internet connection problem at waiting zone, then it will be perfect. I went twice, the WIFI connection yet unable connect to internet. Keep it up. Thanks

Good service by Proton Atiara Johan. Serviced my X70 today, was served by Service Advisor called Wen, she’s very detailed on the service list, and provided all required info to me and walk with me to collect my car as well. Provided free food and drinks by the service centre. Highly recommended!

Recently had car breakdown, and have to tow to here last Saturday late evening. Sunday off, so I come on Monday. In order to perform checking, it will take minimum of 3 working days, and the staff informed due to high volume of cars they cant sure when they will able to perform checking, informed that it might up to 5 days. In order to service might up to another 1week subject to severity of the issue. Called another service centre, they only take 1-2days for checking. Finally make decision on same day around 4pm to tow to another service centre, and guest what, another service centre had identified the issue by Tuesday morning at 10am, provide quotations etc, and proceed for repair. My car is ready to be collected by Tuesday 4pm. My advice, if emergency breakdown, best option is to go and find another service centre, much better service and faster.

I used to service my Proton X70 at Proton Atiara Johan 4S Puchong service centre regularly as according to the service schedule. 2 days ago I noticed loud noises coming from the engine compartment of my Proton X70. On 29 October 2021 I took the car back to Atiara Johan Puchong to identify the problem. In fact, the last service was on 14 October 2021. I told the receptionist about the problem and asked for a mechanic just to have a look to see what is the problem. She told me that all the mechanics were busy at the moment and I need to book an appointment for the mechanic to check my car and the next available date will be on 17 November 2021. I was wondering even if I am seeing a doctor I don't have to wait for so long. Then I went over to a service advisor who had served me before and requested him to take a look at car. He immediately responded and told me that it is the problem with the cooling fan. He advised me not to use my car if possible and have the problem fixed as soon as possible. We went back to the receptionist and check for the latest available date for servicing or changing the cooling fan. Again, we were told that the next available date is on 17 November 2021. I was told that I will have to leave my car at the center for a week to rectify the problem. The service advisor advised me to go to another Proton service center since Proton Atiara Johan 4S Puchong could not provide immediate attention to my car. QUESTONS: 1. If there is a problem that needs immediate attention why is this 4S service center not available to provide the service? 2. What will happen if I continue to drive the car until 17 November 2021? 3. Why is a regular customer treated as a walk in? 4. Why was I not given an option to wait for the mechanic to take a look at the problem on the same day? The mechanics can go to the toilet, take a break or stop for a smoke but not take a minute to have a look at my car. I left Proton Atiara Johan 4S Puchong very disappointed and not knowing what to do. If I take to the next Proton service center will I encounter the same reception? If I send it to any workshop that is not Proton all the warranties will be void and will definitely cost me a huge sum of losses? Anyway, I called another Proton service center and related the car's issue. The SA immediately told me not to drive the car and advise me to contact my insurance company to have the car tow to her center. She told me that her company's mechanics were fully occupied but will make allowances for fixing the problem as it is an urgent case. I was so relieve as I don't have to wait until 17 November. After consulting with the mechanic she told me that the car will be ready the next day. And, I need not pay for the parts and services and the towing service. The customer service of the insurance company is also providing an excellent service as they keep calling me to check if the towing service as picked up my car. Proton Atiara Johan 4S, Puchong? I will never go back again.

Used to be the best service proton service centre in the Klang valley and now is going downhill. Your customer service workers are still top notch, but your new technicians are giving a bad impression. Recently serviced my car and noticed my car radio was turn on almost to the max and I can smell that your technician was smoking in my car. Furthermore, saw a couple of customers and your staffs not wearing mask properly while walking around. Please improve your service and get back to where you all were before, or else might have to find another service centre.
