โ โ โ โ โ If the owner read this please send your foreman/ staff for more training.
When i received my car for timing belt service, the timing belt cover was not closed properly. When i complain, yr staff said the part is not available. You should know to order the part instead i have to tell you to order it. That's why i send my car to you for service.
Second, coolant was not fill to full. When yr have dump all the coolant, please double check to ensure it been fill properly.
Third, there is a leaking and i asked for repair. Same like the first issue, yr staff said no part available. So i asked yr staff to order and do the repair.
All this yr staff should know instead customer to tell what to do.

โ โ โ โ โ I send my car for first 1K routine service. Front reception and service agent services are good and polite. Car service personnel is also very attentive and listened to my question about Proton link apps functionality. I have problem connecting to the app and he tried his best to help solve the problem by disconnecting the car battery and reactivate again. After a day or two, my proton link app started functioning well. The only down side was even after the car service was ready, but they took too long to wash my car. Hence , I waited for total of about three hours. Otherwise, the waiting lounge is clean, air-conditioned and very comfortable.

โ โ โ โ โ I made a 1st service booking on 22-04-2022 at 10 am. Arrived at 9:50 am. I login at the reception and was told to wait for registration. At 10:20 am, I was called to register by the Service Advisor. From my past experiences, 1st service wonโt take long, I stayed to wait. After waited 2.5 hours, my car was still at the same dangerous spot where I parked at the side of the main road due to limited parking lots. There is a bend at this stretch of the road and vehicles were speeding.
Because of the long wait, I requested for a cancellation. The Service Advisor was very friendly and obliged to my request.
My conclusion, very very poor workflow planning. I hope Autohome will work towards improving the workflow especially the booking time slot allocation.

โ โ โ โ โ It was my first time servicing my car here. I really love the customer service here. They are so helpful & warming. They gave me foods while im waiting ??? So that the waiting doesnt feel so boring. I recommend people who bought new proton cars to come here. They are very warming & friendly & they will explain anything you ask in detail. Definitely gonna come here again for my next service โค๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ Luckily i visited this outlet to get my car repaired and amazed with the service given. Decided to come again for service and the service advisor told me that my car is not due for service yet and the date given by the previous service centre is wrong (3 months gap). This outlet has an honest business, theyโll explain thoroughly. Definitely will come again.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff are friendly and polite. Location is good. Place is clean with good waiting area. However, the technician and service advisor do not communicate the problem that my car have. In addition, I need to constantly remind the sales advisor of my request. The waiting time is also long very long. Waiting to be called. Waiting to pay.

โ โ โ โ โ Nightmare experience. Sent my car for clutch plate replacement. My gearbox casing shattered when they try to engage 1st gear after they replaced new clutch plate. Then blamed me for sending faulty car.
After long debates and discussion, (the staffs are kind of rude to me too) agreed to pay 50/50 for the 2ndhand gearbox cost only. Still, labour cost need to bear by me.
After i got back the car after 3 months, the front car wheel alignment was not tuned properly and also, the car experiencing engine overheated for the first time after few kilometers of driving. Sent back the car for repair. Still, I need to pay for the issue.
After I got back the car, the car wheel alignment still in bad condition. Decided to sent service at outside tyre service shop. The tyre mechanic feedback to me the wheel was misaligned so bad. Also, the right camber screw was loose.
Also, the Proton Autohome workmanship was very-very poor. Many front bumper plastic clips and screw were missing during the replacement of the clutch plate and the brake hoses were not fitted back on the hardnesses.
