★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service,there's no solution given even if show them video proof of car problem's, take almost 5 hour's troubleshoot a simple problem but there's nothing tuned or repaired, instead giving a dumb reason like have tighten the housing etc...they also replied for video proof said that "parts need to be completely damaged/jam etc "only able replace by warranty ....MEANS WE HAVE TO GET USE TO IT TO THE PROBLEMS EVEN IT'S A FEW MONTHS NEW CAR. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually if you call the phone number over here, u will get nobody answer it, because the number might be in their secret room. They never care about it and never try to rectify it , they think they can sit there and the money still comes into their pockets every month. Who care all these reviews here. The worst is the centre itself also take the same attitude, WHAT A SHAME LI CHUNRONG! Call the produa and visit their nearby service centre you will feel the different way.Maybe customers should send an email to Li Shufu to tell the problems

Nice Sales Rep like Mr Gordon Tan and Service Rep like Mr Latiff, had given me lots of smiles and happy moments, with their friendly, honest, sincere and helpful attitudes, without any language barriers or hostilities. Their waiting area, service booking methods and waiting time had improved quite alot since 2007.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ System is always down here, either the Proton app is down or their car electronics calibration system is down or their counter system is down...have not been receiving confirmation sms for my appointments for the last 4 visits...counter staff lacking in customer service skills & likes to argue with customers which we don't need when we want to highlight issues with our car that we BOUGHT from Proton...very sad state of 1 of the main branches in Johor Bahru.

Service wise need to be improved. My one month old car has some sort of weird noises during braking. But the technician asked me to observe and report it after six months (next service) if the noise persists. Joker.
