Very bad experience, I’m still waiting for my cancellation booking refund, is been 4 months, please Proton! I’ve call several times in this few months, the in charge name Yani, told me 2 week and 2 week, and system down.. why so many excuses everytime I called to request back my booking fee? How many times u still want me to call and ask the progress status?!

BAD COMMUNICATION WITH MALAY LADY ON THE LINE: Called in the morning for an appointment the next day and a man was very accommodating to check and wanted to get back to me to confirm. But didnt get any confirmation till I called again and was a malay lady answered the phone. Asked for confirmation but was very biadap and rude to say that β€˜ada byk lelaki kerja sini, yang mana satu ckp tu’ and also β€˜esok ada 40 biji kereta nak servis’. I only asked why wasnt it being confirmed by your side. I dint need to hear all that stupid responses.

Really bad service centre. Made an appointment at 3pm. I arrived at 2:45pm. From the waiting area upstairs I can see the progress of the car service. They changed oil at around 3:30pm. Done by 3:45pm. By 4 pm my car was already parked outside. I thought ok maybe they will be doing the alignment and balancing and nitrogen air for the tyres. It’s 5 pm and my car hasn’t moved. Came down to ask is my car ready. They tell me it’s not ready. I’m still waiting it’s now 5:25pm. I think the alignment balancing and nitrogen was not done at all. A normal car workshop will get this done in 20mins.

TERRIBLE experience. Made appointment for service at 2pm. Arrived at 1.50pm with NOBODY present nor working at all in the service counter. Continued waited for half an hour until I have to leave as I need to return to work. Calling sales division of the branch doesn’t help, they only asked us to keep waiting as they might still be not back from lunch. Another customer has been waiting there with her child since morning as her car was sent in for first service at 9am. Promised to be able to collect the car at 12 noon but waited until 2pm+++ because NOBODY IS WORKING AT THE FREAKING SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Another customer also came in at 2pm and have to leave. JUST CLOSE YOUR OFFICE ALREADY
