β β β β β Come service and check for car knocking sound during cornering, the service center state that it's the stabilizer link problem and no warranty for it, I need pay for replacement of the parts. In the end, I settled the knocking noise in other service center without changing the stabilizer link or replace any parts..

β β β β β Definitely one of the friendliest Proton service centres in Penang. Notified me immediately when appointment was confirmed and was not hesitant to provide a proper quotation prior to service. Staff members on site were also very attentive and followed all SOPs to sanitize before working. Will definitely repeat my next service here.

β β β β β I was on vacation in Penang & my car's AirCond broke. The service guys did great hard work & fixed in few hours. I'm sure if it's KL, they will take at least 2 days to finish.
Mr. Azizul at customer service was kind & warm.

β β β β β My persona power window was stuck which unable to turn on or off. Brought to JM Automas and Mr Ng quickly identified the issue was caused by the regulator and it is still under warranty, he done the claim for me and repair (install) it within half day I can get back the car on same day.

β β β β β I brought my car to many places to get it serviced but they were unable to solve my issue. Some places charged way too much and told me to replace many things. I decided to give it a try by bringing it here and the issue was solved with minimal charges. Car was serviced by Mr Satish. He did a very good job and explained to me in detail regarding the issues. The other staffs were also friendly. I wouldn't mind paying another visit here again. Very good service despite their busy schedule.
