β β β β β I do research about this clinic history. This is 1 of established vet clinic. When first time I went to see the doctor I feel so positive after get fully explanation about my cat wound. He give option to let my cat relax first and I feel so calm. Many people said that the charges are not reasonable but for me it's OK as long as my cat get better treatment by senior. Good job. May God bless all of u. I will always thanked to all.

β β β β β Brought my hedgehog, Boba to this vet. Boba's first experience (check up) with a vet at another place wasn't good so I prayed that this time it will be different . Boba's not feeling well and so brought her here for the first time. The vet (I think her name is Dr Ho) was very patient and knowledgeable understand the characters of hedgehog and handled her well. Not only that, she explained to us a lot of things in detail. She made it so clear. She was friendly. So glad and grateful to God that we were able To meet such a sincere caring and sincere vet. Definitely a very good experience for me and also for Boba's health.

β β β β β I wish to give 5 stars for this vet. Highly recommended, reasonable price and very patience in explaining and treating my pup. No one in Penang willing to treat my CDV infected pup, only GILL! Am so thankful for the Dr. who had given love and patience in treating my pup. Million thanks. Truly appreciated.

β β β β β My dog ββhad a sarcoma on his toe and had an operation afterwards. The operation fee for this operation was total RM450+. And I just hugged the dog in and didn't say anything, and they also charged me with a RM20 consultation fee??. After the operation, I came to pick up the dog and the receptionist just said (These are your medicine, you can take off the collar after eating, and then continue to apply the medicine on the wound) and that's it. One day the dog's stitches broke when I got up. Then I called and asked them what to do. The receptionist said you brought the dog here and made an appointment. I also asked her is there any charge for this kind of incident . (because of mco I already had financial problems*)-She said she was not sure need to look at the problem but mostly no need to charge. I took the dog to the follow-up consultation and they just do disinfection and bandaging for my dog. After that, this vet charge me RM 90! He charged the consultant fee of RM20 which I went in for only 5 minutes, and then simply bandaged RM35, and the rest was quick recovery medicine. First, the surgical stitches were not with bandaged and fixed, and then tried to shirk the responsibility and said that I let the dog walk, how fierce my 12-year-old dog can walk till the stitch thread break? The receptionist also didnβt said that donβt let my dog walk on that day?. Second, I said that last time I called and asked she said that mostly don't need charge. At the time, she didn't admit it but she had said it.? (recommended to make a recording call.) I make a box of biscuits using 1hour and earn only rm10 . I go in and talk to him for less than 2 minutes, it costs RM20. ?

β β β β β my friend's cat see a doctor there,but i don't understand Why Without any detailed way of judging a cat's condition?But stroking the cat with both hands to judge everything?Are they all reading the magician?Is it impossible?I think it's good to think about whether there is any customer who trusts this medicine?

β β β β β We needed to get all our vaccinations, blood tests and paperwork done in order to move our dogs to London. All I can say is that this vet is excellent, professional and great to work with (we moved 8 dogs - this was a lot of work for any vet). They are so efficient and know exactly what's required for international travel of dogs. I'm writing this review now from London happy that we chose Gill's Vet to help us with moving our dogs. I absolutely recommend their services.

β β β β β I would like to thank Dr Gill for his dedication, patience and outstanding knowledge when it comes to handling and treating my guinea pig, Bigsy. She was in and out multiple times because of infections but Dr Gill was always ready to sincerely care and he took his time to explained in detail to us and ways to improve her health. There is no other vet clinic we would go to but Gill's. We truly appreciate it and will definitely recommend Gill for their services and treatments!
