Asked about what oil grade they have... (Petronas obviously)
They said confirmed got highest range of petronas oil.. (which would be petronas syntium 7000)
So when time for servicing, they gave me petronas syntium 3000 oil instead which is not the expected syntium 7000 range!
And to use it for 10,000km service interval, the syntium 3000 series wont be sufficient...
Adding to the fact, if they didnt have the syntium7000, petronas station just opposite of this center, still not allowing us to buy the preferred syntium 7000 oil from the petronas station...
I gave 1star for quick service...
But losing 4star for sub-par engine oil option,
not honouring alignment check in warranty,
not doing my handbrake adjustment in warranty
If u want full 5star rating, give me a call back rectify all those issue and make sure you guys have the syntium7000 in stock!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was asked to go to the service centre at 12:30pm, which I did but was told that all mechanic will soon go for their lunch break at 1pm and return at 2pm ... here is a suggestion why not let them go in two separate batches for their lunch break, that way work/repairs are not stalled. In general everyone was courteous and helpful. Thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest I'm unhappy with the service here. Did not communicate with customer, suddenly my car engine oil change from the usual usage mileage. They only ask for type of oil. The staff did not communicate only tell a bit roughly here and there and present me the unexpectedly high bills than the first roughly estimated services without explaining the reason. The positive side, the services within estimated time. Different with usual place i come for service at proton service senawang, they treat their customer better, tells the pro and cons, the prices of each item and let the customer decide without pushing, just wrong timing it was full that day.
