★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and well equipped service center. Spacious environment, comfortable waiting area with snacks and drinks. Friendly staffs and well trained mechanics. Especially the uncle who solved my car problem and explained to me patiently the causes of the problem. Highly recommended.

If you're not a paying customer and just coming in for faulty fix under warranty they won't go into the trouble to fix something that requires further check. They'll just tell you to go to proton directly giving excuses like if order parts will take a long time to arrive or their mechanics can't diagnose the car. Service price is slightly higher too. Waiting room is clean and that's the only positive thing that I can say.
