โ โ โ โ โ Very bad sales service.
Tried to scam me by giving me previous year car which caused me to lose at least 20% on depreciation.
Gave me rm500 tinting voucher but in fact the I store price at any of the tinted shops are much lower
Drove my car from TG malim without my knowledge and consent
Car was dirty
I didn't even ask for any discount! Not even to fill up my tank.

โ โ โ โ โ Quick service, efficient scheduling department and easy to get appointments. Very comfortable and clean waiting area that can accommodate at least 16 customers at a time. Service team explain things well and have all the right answers if you ask them. Effective foremen team, spotted issues I wasn't even visiting them for.

Managed to test drive the X70 Premium which surprised me with the ride and suspension
Features galore only found in continentals and higher end japanese models
Excellent accessories and the leather seats were a pleasant surprise

โ โ โ โ โ I am very upset with the service manager and foremen who took my car to check. Very bitter experience . My proton persona is less than a year old. Suddenly engine oil low for 5 months on and off and they just check and say try. Every month going there when its not my problem. Last check on November, suddenly again low oil ask me to leave the car for 3 weeks open engine and check here or go Hq. No care for the customer. When I said I need to go to work, I need a courtesy car. They cant give 1 and cant help for a solution. I said will plan and see how ,they just left me to go, no advice to top up the low engine oil. Very upset with them. Engine could have ceased.Foremen also rude and don't care to inform when its a big issue.
Less than a year old car and got low engine oil 3 times. I asked for a report the service manager said not required.so I complained to wecare proton, Suddenly got a call from the manager, only 1 day I need the car to report to proton. Suddenly change policy. Just to give report but not to solve my problem. Very poor management for my car.i will not go there and don't recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ WORST ever proton sales and services, if your loan acceptance is in the boarder line they will just ignore and ask you to go to other proton sales .
When come to services , they broke few of my plastic panel and just super glue it back, while the crack is so obvious .Replaced some air conditioning item which that open up my dashboard and broke the clips making my dashboard is sinked on one side they will just ignore. Very unacceptable attitude towards customers.
Tend to push forward your servicing schedule : went to proton cose they say itโs suppose on next service schedule but proton ss14 just make it earlier than the scheduled one. Seems like more care on squeezing your wallet than actually care for customer.

โ โ โ โ โ Called to ask to change the gear knob LED which was under warranty. Was given a time slot however after waiting for 3 hours then I was told they don't keep stock for the part and was told to try to get from other service centres.
How irresponsible!
The worst service centre ever encountered.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service. Theres this one young chinese girl with glasses that is always at the counter. Her face and tone of voice always like she doesnt want to be here and she doesnt want to talk to you
Sent my car for service some 2 months ago, they said one of their parts have no stock, so they ask me to go back first and theyll call me back when the part arrives and theyll change for me FOC.
Of course that call never came, so i called cutomer service yesterday, they told me to come in today morning, and so i did. Now here i am, sitting in the showroom because : the person in charge off day, the person i spoke to on the phone didnt tell them, every excuse in the book lah.
Im seriously at my wits end because any more bs today from sin siang hin and i will literally stab myself in the showroom.
