★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the biggest and most disappointing toyota showroom ever. Big place but only 2 vehicles on display. I feel bad for the sales people how do you sell a car with an almost empty showroom? Dealer is so incompetent cant even sort out display and test units

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to check out their new camry. Disappointed that they only have 2 display cars in the huge showroom. No camry. Spent 45mins there and no sales advisor approached us to service. Approached a sales advisor to ask, replied with 2 words and left. Dont even have brochures to check out. Only helpful and nice person there is their Indian security guard at the door. Polite and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never own a Toyota, chauffeured my colleague to fetch his car there. Drop by and wait at the lobby. So far feel ok and comfortable with the clean environment and also friendly staff and guard.

Never ever come here when you plan to buy Toyota.
The sale person is sitting at the counter chitchating when customer walk-in to the showroom.
When we decided to walk to the counter to ask for question, they all flee away like those wild dog saw human chasing them.
NEVER EVER come to this place to look for a new Toyota.

Pre arrange date for parts replacement. on the day itself, send car in and waited for 2.5 hrs only to be told parts ordered not correct, and price of actual parts need to be top up another 30%!!!wasted 2 days of my time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I submit my car at 8am for normal service. Done in 2 hours. Not quick not slow just nice. Waiting lounge is comfortable with light snacks and WiFi.
Please come early to prevent queue. Otherwise is a good place to be. Customer service are so far so good.
