β β β β β Went to polish my car last sunday, only to notice the mistake they hidden from me. Apparently they have broke my radio antenna while wiping my wet car with a towel. Didn't realized it then, but i took photos before and after my polish service and that is how i found out. As per show in the picture below, the picture of my car before and after the antenna broke. I also feel the need to include our conversation for your viewers to speculate on my behalf. I felt devastated when i confront the guy who service my car (Reza) about this and he insisted me that my radio antenna was broken when i first came in! Well, luckily my photos proved otherwise. Without the photos i could've never prove whose wrong and whose in the right. I asked him for compensation for my radio antenna and clearly he did not want to be responsible. Seeing that there i nothing i could do. the least i would do to bring this up to Google review. Kindly speculate and give your opinion on this matter. I know the spare parts for my radio antenna is inexpensive, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY LAH ATLEAST. PEOPLE GAVE YOU THEIR TRUST ON HANDLING THEIR PRECIOUS BELONGINGS AND THIS IS HOW YOU WOULD "LEPAS TANGAN" WHEN YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG. Sigh people these days.
