β β β β β Friendly doctors and nurses. Brought my brother here who was staying with me as he recovered from heart surgery. We were quickly and politely assisted.

β β β β β Bad service. No water supply this afternoon. This session is for pesakit luar(kanak-kanak). Already wait for an hour. Already told the person at the counter that want to cabut gigi susu for kid. Then after going into the room, the doctor said, yes the gigi need to be take out but since no water, they can't take the tooth because the forcep must be clean off after use. Since tomorrow is weekend, then the doctor said, not proper to them to wait until monday to clean off the forcep. How they manage. Just can't clean off today so no treatment made. Im going to downstare to toilet, still hv water. So still the clinic must hv their supplementary SOP when no water.

β β β β β Arrived there around 0810, had to wait for around 10 patients then only until my turn which took around 1 hour++ (which is considered very fast already) as this is a government clinic and you literally pay less than RM10 for normal dental issue. Highly recommend you guys to come earlier (as soon as it opens) and queue up or else you will be waiting forever. Overall, great experience, doctor and nurses are very friendly and kind.

So far the flow was smooth, the nurse was friendly, but you need bring more patience because the swab test scheduled at 10.00 but they just prepare things around 10.30++
