โ โ โ โ โ So bad customer service. A customer need more than an hour to handle. It doesn't include a low IQ customer. Surely it will take a day for A customer.

โ โ โ โ โ Only two counter to service customers in Kajang township area. I think Prundential has to improve by increasing the number of counter at least minimum of three counters.
During peak time the counters shall operate at a maximum, when there are less customers; open at a minimum of two.
I think it would help to make the customers happy.
