I have used many insurance providers in the past but AIA really have set a new low, in terms of poor customer service, lack of communication and mis-management. Avoid like the plague and go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor management of HKPOS! Poor leadership and no promote chance if ur social skills is weaker than your working skills. I’m glad that I already left this company and feel sorry those who haven’t left this company. Ps : AIA shared service benefits are good. Recommend for fresh grad but my advice is don’t stay here too long( one year is more than enough cuz you will find out that u r wasting youth and energy to this company and find out that is worthless)
