★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why still need to fix appointment when business is back to usual. No courtesy. 2 counters only open. We came from far and need to submit so many pending bills but they are not profesional. At least learn from other insurance company to allow customer to submit thru online. Very disspointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big company, but take advantage on customer. When you are old, they will always lapsed your policy and increase the premium to discourage you to continue the policy. The policy was bought more than 20 years, to my surprise it can be lapsed so easily. Please reconsider if you want to buy policy from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I allowing them to auto debit to my account for 20years plus. Just realised my money was gone. They didn't send me the Official receipt NOR annual statement for many years. When request, no response. Is hassle right now. Going to bank to stop auto debit, need approval too. Very weird. Need to seek for tribunal court right now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is on ground floor, clean and spacious. Lots of seats for waiting. The service we had from the staff was efficient (thankfully!), settled within half an hour, and didn't wait for more than 10 minutes. The only downside is that we had to pay RM10 parking fee for less than 1 hour. No touch n go needed, just pay by cash at the kiosk. Asalkan claims all approved and service is great, considered worth it I guess.
