★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the helpline to cancel the travel insurance because my flight was cancelled by the airline. The helpline agent advised me to write in with all the documents attached. So I did. No one replied me. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt or a status update of my request. I am glad it is not a big amount but this experience is enough for me to write off Chubb in my future travel. I am going back to AIG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I said THIS IS LOUSY SERVICES , SLOW , UNPROFESSIONAL, counter customer services have zero knowledge, 4 counter only 1 counter is working .
I came from far far away & need to wait long long .
and CHUBB u no need replies me with those Standard format use to reply to other’s. Pls no need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience dealing with their customer service via email. Very unresponsive and had to send a thousand follow up email before my email was attended to. Motor insurance is also more expensive than competitor, and very old process, had to print out so many pages of proposer form and fill up one by one and scan back to them before they can proceed. Please upgrade your process, your competitor are able to renew my motor insurance just by a click of few buttons, not by printing out tons of useless paper which adds hassle to customer experience.
Edit: CS team replied me with their email address, dropped them an email and no reply at all after more than a week. Fabulous.
