โ โ โ โ โ Took a long time for my turn even though not many people. So please make sure you are not in a rush, else you might miss your next appointment/lunch time. Went there to cancel my policy, the customer service help (applaud for her). Mentioned that I will be able to get my surrender value within 2 weeks. However, i did not received any even after 2 weeks. Been calling their customer service (due to MCO) multiple times (note that the waiting period more than 30 mins for my 'every' calls) and i'm not being entertained. Very frustrated!!! Neither you come to their office nor call customer service, both took so much time and ! am not happy with it. Even till now, I am still calling their customer service, has been more than 30 mins, still no answer.
