★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow and chaotic. If you call to make appointment please don't bother. You will still wait for a long time. They only have one doctor it seems so your appointment won't be on time as they will also attend to walk ins. They keep asking you to wait and keep saying they will tend to you soon. The soon means at least an hour plus if you are lucky

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a patient in Pu Gong Ying TCM and Acupuncture Centre. Two years ago I started losing weight due to stress and unable to sleep well. Blood test showed my blood sugar at 18 but the nurse told me its not diabetic.
My daughter was very worried and told me to visit a TCM. She searched online and found a few TCM in Ipoh. Some how I decided to come to Pu Gong Ying. It was a right decision. Doctor Kong is a very good and caring doctor and she diagnosed me as having digestive problems and told me blood sugar at 18 is definitely diabetes.
After acupuncture and medication for 3 months my blood sugar dropped to 5.9. Also i am able to have better quality sleep and I am gaining weight gradually.
Doctor Kong is really a very compassionate and experienced doctor even though she is so young. I am really grateful to her and her team of friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dad has been suffering from serious diabetes effects for the past few years and just 3 weeks ago, he had problem seeing through one of his eyes. We decided to drop by at 蒲公英 because we are regular patrons there. With the help of the friendly staffs and incredible Dr. Kong, my dad gained back his vision and is able to see clearly again, just after 2 weeks of acupuncture and traditional meds! Have been sceptical about TCM in the beginning but Dr. Kong's skills and patience has made me break my stigma of TCM and made me realize the benefits of it. Will continue bringing my dad to 蒲公英 to help him with his diabetes and issues to related to it ☺️ Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been having lower back pain more than a year. I tried having acupuncture in KL but it's inconvenient for me to travel from Ipoh most of the time. I know in short timeframe of treatments my back pain couldn't get any better sooner.
I wanted to get treatments in Ipoh. My wife found Pugongying via Facebook and asked me to give it a try. About 3 weeks of treatments in Pugongying, my back pain has tremendously reduced and I can sleep better.
After 6 weeks , I can barely feel any discomfort at my lower back. I can resume my daily activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For about a year, I've been suffering from insomnia. Occasionally, I will experience dizziness due to lacking of sleep. I wanted to search for a good clinic in order to treat my insomnia and I found Pugongying TCM via FB. After watching a cancer patient's interview video posted in FB, I thought Pugongying is a good choice. Hence I went to Pugongying to seek treatment.
Coincidentally, I had my booster vaccination 5 days before going to Pugongying. My arm was so painful until it couldn't lift up.
During the consultation, Dr. Kong suggested to combine acupuncture and Chinese medicine to improve my sleeping quality.
After starting the treatments for a week, my sleeping quality has improved a lot. Now I can have a good sleep all night long. To my surprise, my arm is no more painful after few times of acupuncture. I'm so happy that I can wake up fresh every morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told to come everyday for acupuncture to treat hormonal imbalance but due to the long wait (2 hours), it ended up being more stressful. This is the first tcm place I've been to that practises daily acupuncture. If you have time to wait, go for it. They are good at what they do (cancer, old diseases) but I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxed holistic treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular patient here for a while and what the first impression to surprise me is every time I am there is full of patients and no one day is less. Even I am drive there every time by car with more than two hours(of course with appointments) but sometime in case of emergency, the medical crew will allow the patient take the treatment priority. It’s same like hospital Emergency department allocate the patient by the level of emergency. It’s great that the Pu Gong Ying TCM & Acupuncture center build up the great system like hospital.?
Although that case will make the other patient wait so long time but the medical crew always will fit us as soon as they could.
During a few months treatment I can feel my body has remarkable recovery so I can say it worth me to wait so long time to do the treatment. Thank you Doctors and her team . ?
